Self-Inflating Mattress

The Self-Inflating Mattress is a compact sleeping pad designed for outdoor accommodation, field training, emergency deployment, and camping applications. Combining foam cushioning with automatic air expansion, it offers a convenient resting solution that minimizes setup time while enhancing ground comfort.
The upper and lower layers are manufactured from durable polyester fabric with a single-sided TPU coating, providing a surface that is suitable for repeated outdoor use. Inside the mattress, high-resilience polyurethane (PU) foam automatically expands after the air valve is opened, allowing the pad to inflate without the need for external pumps. The body of the mattress is produced through an integral heat-sealing process, creating a uniform structure for improved durability. An air valve positioned at the upper-left corner allows users to adjust firmness and quickly deflate the mattress for compact storage after use.
