The 84A Cold Weather Tent is engineered for personnel accommodation in low-temperature environments, providing an integrated shelter and sleeping solution for field operations, emergency deployment, and temporary camps. Built with a robust metal frame, the tent combines structural stability with practical interior organization for efficient space utilization.
The shelter consists of a tent roof, front and rear walls, groundsheet, frame system, bed beams, side rails, integrated bunk platforms, and essential accessories such as ground stakes and an installation hammer. A triangular ventilation window is positioned on each gable end to improve airflow. The front wall is equipped with two entrance doors and two windows for convenient access, while the rear wall includes two additional windows to enhance natural lighting and ventilation.
A key feature of the tent is its built-in double-tier canvas bunk system, which is directly supported by the frame structure. With six upper bunks and six lower bunks, the interior provides accommodation for up to twelve occupants while maximizing available floor space, making it well suited for organized field camps and extended outdoor deployments.
